hentaifever.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. All content on hentaifever.com consists of animated or drawn depictions of fictional characters uploaded by an outsourced third-party page administrator. We take claims of copyright infringement seriously and will respond promptly to notices that comply with the DMCA.

Procedure for Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or used on hentaifever.com in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send a written notification to our Designated DMCA Agent at the following email address:

Action Upon Receipt of Notice

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, hentaifever.com will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the outsourced third-party page administrator responsible for uploading the content to investigate the claim.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA Agent at dmca@hentaifever.com. Your counter-notification must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its location on hentaifever.com before removal.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or any judicial district in which hentaifever.com may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or their agent.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days, we may, at our discretion, restore the material.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, hentaifever.com reserves the right to terminate its relationship with any outsourced third-party page administrator determined to be a repeat infringer, as assessed in our reasonable discretion.
